The Firm can assist with the filing of assumed names and frequently works with intellectual property counsel should the client desire to explore options regarding protection of company marks.

Winding Down and Termination

In the event that an entity has come to the end of its “life cycle”, the Firm can assist with the winding down of its affairs and termination of its filings.
